Vantage isn't Opening
Clicking on the vantage shortcut but portal isn't opening

There might be multiple issue.
- "D:/HTPC REPORT/" Folder is missing
- "D:/HTPC REPORT/HTPC_IOCL_IWCU.accdb" file is missing or corrupted.
- Check in Task manager if any portal is still in running condition. Only one instance of portal can run.
- after checking all this still can't open? check in the Event Viewer if any error is showing related to Vantage.
- Restart the PC after windows update.
- Delete the user config file from "C:\Users\[pcname]\AppData\Local\HT_Process_Controls_Pvt_L\Portal.exe.xelsmx...\3.x.x.x\user.config"
- Delete all the folders from HT_Process_Controls_Pvt_L folder. Start vantage.
