Unhandled exception error in MIS

Symptom: While starting Vantage this error comes and doesn't go away.
Navigate to the below folder location
Delete the user.config in App Data and restart the Portal.
Possible PC Name: ht,htpc,admin,dell,hp,user etc
Restart the Vantage after doing this steps. This will recreate this user.config file and issue will be resolved.
