2. Close the Vantage running.

3. Install the setup downloaded.

4. Click next till end screen reaches.

1. Vantage version and all business logics will be changed in the folder C:/Programe files(x86)/… 

2. This update will not change existing database/data.

3. This update will not change General Settings.

4. This update will not change anything in the D drive HTPC REPORT folder.

5. All html reports will be updated

How to change Excel Format for Statistical, Accuracy and
Hourly report?

1. Delete the existing format in D:/HTPC REPORT/MIS_FORMAT, D:/HTPC REPORT/MIS_FORMAT_1, D:/HTPC REPORT/MIS_FORMAT_2 

2. Restart the Vantage software. This 3 excel format will be auto created from updated version of MIS.

2. Go to ‘Control Panel > uninstall a program > HTServiceinstaller >
uninstall

3. After uninstalling, install the latest setup file

4. Here comes the most important part. Using run command
‘services.msc’ Enter.

5. Navigate and find “HTPC Car Data monitoring” Services from the
Service list.

6. You will find it in not running condition. Right click on it and go to
properties. Then go to the Recovery tab. Select on First failure (Restart the Service) and Second failure (Restart the Service) , Subsequent failure (Restart the Service) . in 0 days 0 Min, Then Apply.

7. Now Start the Service from here or from Vantage > Services > Restart
