Report stuck at exporting

This issue is created by multiple Reg file with reference to Microsoft office. We need to only keep Microsoft office 2012 Library for Excel reports. 
The newer installed Microsoft Office 2016 Library isn't compatible with Vantage.

Resolution:

1. Open 'Registry editor' from Windows Search bar
2. Find this : Computer\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\{00020813-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}
3. Inside this there will be 3 version 1.0,1.6 and 1.9
4. Delete the 1.9 Version
5. Similiarly Find: Computer\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\{00020905-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}
6. Delete the 8.6 Version
7. Computer\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\{00020802-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}
8. Delete the 1.9 Version Folder
9. Close registry editor
