Basic Checklist for Vantage MIS

• Count can be 0 to 50.
• It is expected to increase with check scale process and decrease after data is saved in MIS PC database.
• Its value reached 50 is considered abnormal scenario
Resolution 1:
• If reached 50, go to portal > Services menu > Stop
• Follow the same process using restart menu, start the service again.
• If there was small issues. MIS buffer count should be reducing towards 0.
Resolution 2: (by Back up old Database and create new)
• In case database was corrupted, this count may not reduce.
• Go to location D:\HTPC REPORT\
• Find the file named “HTPC_IOCL_IWCU.accdb”. Rename it to some other name, such asHTPC_IOCL_IWCUBackup.
• Create a new Microsoft Access Database file with name “HTPC_IOCL_IWCU.accdb” inside the HTPC REPORTFolder. Then from portal service menu stop and restart the service.

• If Data Push Service is OFF. Go to Portal > Services menu > Restart
PLC PING on Portal is Green.
• If PLC PING is red check the LAN Cable between MIS PC and PLC
• Check if any static IP is provided in ethernet network adapter in Network sharing centre.

• Ping the getaway using command prompt.
