This Maintenance Module app is based on AppSheet platform, which is a cross platform (Windows, Web, Android) based environment.

Android Download

1. Digitization of data which can be re-examined by chatGPT agent.
2. Identify repetitive maintenance procedure for smooth operations of HTPC machines.
3.  24x7 access to data across all location at one point.

It needs a invitation link to start the App. This link can be found in the Gmail Chat option, where Maintenance Module is installed.

You can access this also by logging into AppSheet App in Google Play store. (Your email id [.htpcindia.com] must have permission to access the App). 

This is first navigation in the App. It is a list of Location where HTPC machines are installed. This lists has some other variables, such as
AMC Due date, AMC Balance, and most important,
two more related Lists is linked with each Unique location.

1. Online HT Reports: Here all signed PDF reports are uploaded. Scanned Copy.
2. Related AMC Visit Log: Here all HTPC Service engineer will make entry when they will attend AMC visit. Inside this section, they will fill the AMC Visit Report check lists, AMC Visit Spare recommendations, and Carousel Capacity data will be entered. All this data is digitally available for future re-assessment.
